We build your site for you - you keep us up-to-date on changes to policies or forms not set up by MRCT. As your benefits change, we make those changes automatically. We start the website with a list of benefits offered by the client to their employees. Here is an example:

When am I eligible for benefits?
- Unless otherwise noted, you are eligible for benefits if you are a full time employee on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

More complete descriptions of benefits and the terms under which they are provided are contained in the Certificate of Coverage that you will receive upon enrolling in the plan.
